Everyone here has been wonderful. I am ashamed to say that my fear of the dentist (from a bad experience years ago) has kept me from getting much needed work done. But, I am SO THANKFUL that I went here and gave them a try. They are great! I had 3 extractions, and lots of fillings in one visit (my choice to get it done in one visit) and didn't feel anything until after. Discomfort, but no pain! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!
They were caring, thoughtful, empathetic, and had some excellent technology (TV's above for the long work to be done).
Shortly after being examined, Dr. Johnson came in and he was just as friendly as the rest of the staff.
It had been 4 years since I had seen a dentist, so I was a bit nervous when I went in for my first visit. Immediately when I came in, the hygienist was amazing, friendly, and made me feel like I was a long-lost friend.
Just started going here this year and I am very pleased with the service. Friendly people, reasonable prices (I have no insurance) and they are well-versed on oral health issues. Highly recommended.
I will definitely be going there again and referring others.
Some other things that I loved about this practice are that both the dentist and Wendy were super-tech-savvy, and were able to show me the status of the condition of all of my teeth using a digital screen and hi-def photos. My husband had an out-of-state emergency root canal done last summer, but all of the x-rays were useless to our former practice because they didn't have the technology to receive them through email. I have no doubt that the folks at Johnson would be able to accept email x-rays or anything that requires new technology, and they'll be able to more effectively monitor the progress of my teeth using their digital software. Additionally, everyone, including the dentist and receptionists seemed knowledgable and very kind. This visit was my first, but my husband and family will all be joining me too.
This practice was amazing. My former hygienist left my former dental practice, and the hygienists who remained were all well versed in using the water tool for cleanings, but not very effective when it came to hand scaling (scraping). I absolutely hate the water tool (it's painful), and they just weren't doing a thorough enough job cleaning using the hand scaling method. So I got some recommendations from friends on Facebook and ended up choosing this practice with Wendy as my hygienist. She was so thorough, gentle too, and my husband has since signed up to visit her for a cleaning.
The entire staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The practice uses state of the art technology for cleaning, exams and making crowns. Every visit is a pleasant one.
