I got my pizza and it looked like it had been dropped. I also received a wrong item. I called them and got no apology and wasn't compensated at all.
They have great customer service and a great looking pace, I also recommend their garlic bread with marinara sauce.
Solid food, decent prices, and that small town feel without compromising cleanliness
I come here at least 3 times a month. Always great service and good food. Great and conversational staff that doesnt make you feel like a number. Wing nights are best on Mondays!
I used to really enjoy Parma's. My friends and I have spent hundreds of dollars there.. it may be new management or something but the customer service is horrible..I ordered a Stromboli and it was not how I ordered it. Then today I ordered 2 cheese steaks. Called back an hour later wondering where my food was and was told the driver just left. Then was told the same thing when I called 15 mins later.. it only takes me 5 mins to get there... Unfortunately now my friends and I will find somewhere else to spend our money..
